The letter / La carta

“The letter” is a project I originally did for a demonstration class in the Squires Kitchen´s annual exhibition. The original idea is to show a little girl carrying a letter for her mum as a present for Mum´s Day. I´d like to share with all of you a nice tip: use an ice-cream cone as the base for the skirt. The result is very good!

"La carta" es un proyecto que hice inicialmente para unas clases demostrativas en la exibición anual de Squires Kitchen. La idea original es mostrar a una niña llevando una carta para su mamá como regalo de día de la Madre. Voy a compartir con vosotros un pequeño truco para hacer la falda: Utilicé el cono de un helado y ¡realmente queda muy bien!

  2. Just love it Carlos. Loved the class at Squires too. You are so talented and I can't wait until you visit Australia. Strongly believe you will become one of the greatest international sugarcraft talents (if not the greatest ;-) I already have lots of people very excited about your visit

  5. I don't know how you do it, but you've taken your unique sugarcraft skill to an exceedingly high level! Absolutely agree with Joan McDermott's comment above. Your work is so refined, refreshing and original - to me, so original that one look at your work, people can exclaim, oh, that's a Carlos (or a Lischetti)! Please keep posting your work! Thanks a lot!
